Slagersvarken®

In addition to The Duke of Berkshire®, Danis also produces Slagersvarken® pork. These pigs are bred for the craft butcher, the butcher who wants to consistently offer his customers a nice piece of pork at an affordable price. The Slagersvarken® products encompass all the knowledge and expertise built by Danis. The Slagersvarken® is bred from a specific Piétrain boar, characterised by a low fat content in the meat but with a high water binding capacity. Combined with a healthy diet, which consists of 75% natural grains, the result is a tasty and juicy meat.
